March has been a tough month for me. My motivation has been slipping a bit and I’ve been trying everything to keep my motivation. One way I’ve done this is by looking up positive affirmations. Affirmations have only recently become a mainstream way encourage positive thinking and self-empowerment. When you repeat affirmations to yourself you are building a positive mental attitude. Positive Affirmations have a different name depending on who you talk to. Some people call positive affirmations Mantras or affirmative words. They are the same thing and follow the same mindset.
If you’ve been on the internet in the past five years, you’ll know that you can find all sorts of positive affirmations everywhere. There are some great ones and some not so great ones. I use positive affirmations most when I’m feeling depressed or I’m struggling with working out. I should use them more often, it would probably help get me into that positive mindset. I’m working on that.
